adding vcard link (.vcf file) link to every new member joining

We receive emails that tell us when new members have joined our chapter. However, we have to manually enter their contact information into our outlook contacts. Every single member must do this EVERY TIME a new member joins, manually. Could BNI not include a Vcard, a .VCF file link so that we can just click on the file link and have the contact information automatically entered into our outlook contacts? This would save time for every member, and promote accurate transcription of contact info for new members.

  1 new member x 30 chapter members spending 5 minutes entering new contact info manually is 150 minutes or 2.5 hours across the chapter EVERY TIME a new member joins.

  I agree Lee Balaklaw! 

  Adding a vcard function shouldn't be something BNI members need to elevate or promote!  It's a simple function that is VERY helpful to increase communication and referrals AND not waste time.
