Simplify CEU entry

In a perfect world, CEUs would be synced and taken either from BNI Business Builder and/or training reports in BNI Connect. But until that time, can we simplify the option for Members to choose from? There are 7 options, each of which can be multiplied up based on the number of units. There's not really any difference between them (even though they are sometimes categorised by the type of learning). A simpler option would be to just add the number of hours of training/education you've done that week.

  I'm sure that the reason for having 7 lines was due to the old system that gave specific CEUs based on the activity and when we went to the 1 hour of BNI education equals 1 CEU the programmers had to have entries for all the spots in the database for the slip. Could this be simplified by hiding all the extra entries from the end user and entering zeros in those data fields for the slip and just leave one for 1 hour that the member can select how many hours. This would simplify the confusion around this where members ask what line they should pick.
