BNI app - add count for chapter referrals for the current week

In the "next meeting" panel of the BNI app, add a runnnig count for the number of referrals by the Chapter as a whole. This can help serve as an inspiration to do more (if there are few) and to reach a certain # by the time of the next meeting.
