App SEARCH icon text: Please change to MEMBERS

UI issue: the word ‘search’ is redundant and does not indicate what you’re searching. The search icon already insinuates that it’s a search. Am I searching referrals, reports, etc.? A simple fix - change the text to “member”. Have it match the function of the other icons with associated text accurately describing what you’ll find when you click them: slips, visitors, more.
