My turnover shown is much less than the entered data - are the numbers random?

  @michael - no, these numbers are not random.  They are dependent on the reporting - so please speak with your VICE PRESIDENT if they seem to be incorrect.  Thank you!

  In my chapter they tell me: we do not know anything about the app, we cannot change or see anything, pls connect to the BNI app programmers

  Yes, there is no option available with vice President to change the Thank you notes data once punched in system.

  To clarify my problem: I entered thankyou‘s for more than 40 thousand EUR, but I see only 16. and no one can tell me where I did something wrong, there is no one to call or talk to. In my chapter they all say: you have to talk to the BNI connect support - and I do not see any support possibility, no phone No for support, no description. Where should I go to?
