Inviting Visitors to Another chapter

We would like to see a Visitors Internal and Visitors External stat on the PALMS, meaning members feel motivated to invite visitors to other chapters if the seat they want to fill is already taken in their own chapter. Quite often people get asked to find people a chapter that could work for them (availability/location/time) sometimes this doesn't align with their own chapter and thus they get no recognition for this.
