online leadership role application
It would be nice if we could have an internal role application process for LT transition. It would enable members to apply for any and all roles, I would also consider nominations for president, VP or treasurer. Once the new leadership executive team is in place, they would have access to member's interests in coordinator and committee positions.
A while back we were using paper forms that were filled in the meeting
Then we moved to pdf fillable (sometimes still used)
We are now using third party SurveyMonkey that comes with many downsides, cost, time and efficiency (running after members, members having unsubscribed or blocking emails from SurveyMonkey)
In an ideal world we could have a role description and why not videos explaining the core responsibilities, skillset and assets to take on the roles.
