Search feature is useless

I entered the city and occupation I was looking for and the results were completely unrelated to what I was searching for.

  @brian - thank you for your feedback! We have just recently upgraded the search feature (it is much faster now) and we are working to train and refine the search algorithms regularly.  We will take this under consideration!
