3rd party visitor registration ability ....

I would like to be able to build a website with a page for each member of my chapter and on that page, I would like to be able to link to the visitor registration page in such a way that the member whose page provided the link to registration gets credit for the visitor. 

Right now, it appears there is no API for that nor does the current site support UTM attributes.

In regards to UTM attributes, 1 is mandatory - member's name, 2 are optional - region and chapter.   So  https://<link to visitor registration page>?utm_member  etc
