add traffic light color next to member names

Occasionally I'd like to do a global BNI directory search for members outside of my chapter to provide a referral if my chapter does not cover that seat. It would be great if the results show a list of names with the traffic light color (e.g., filled green circle) next to their names. I'd rather give a referral to someone in the green versus someone in the yellow or red, as they are more likely to be reliable, accountable, and/or productive.
