BNI App - show current Power of One Score and Color

Show the member's current Power of One Score and (traffic light) Color on the BNI app screen, perhaps on top next to the member name to be more salient.

  I'd love to see weekly updates in the app so when members are entering their activity they get some sort of feedback on what categories are green, yellow, etc.
