Speaker Rotation Suggestion for Special Events

During the assigning of speakers, this would be a perfect opportunity to create special remarks, exceptions to the standard meeting, as alternatives to our list of members. Examples:

- “No Meeting”

- “Speed Networking”

- “Education - Improving 121s”

 

For example -On Nov 22nd, I had to enter a speaker, so I put Mike Shearer. And in the comments I put:

 “In person voluntary speed networking. Call 585-507-8258 for further details.”
