Streamlined BNI technology experience
Between, connect, business builder, the international corporate web page, local state webpages, and the mobile app, (am I missing anything?) the technology feels scattered and the user experience is tedious at best when navigating the systems in search of something. It would be better to take all of these member-focused back ends and combine it all into one updated and user-friendly resource. One website, one log in, all of the resources. Plenty of other platforms do this, taking a complicated network of tech based tools and resources and pull them into one spot. A visual and easy to navigate user interface would go a long way towards making the user experience easier to learn, less irritating when you go looking for something, and would probably increase user engagement.
P.S. I only just now found this portal where you can make these suggestions because I was looking for something else, and still can't find it. Seemed like the perfect place to share the thought as I was having it.
