    @stewart - Happy Thursday to you!  We expect to have this functionality restored early next week after the developers have fully tested and deployed the fix.

    The referral slip is largely intended for tracking purposes and credit in the PALMS Report, not as the primary means of notification.  After all, many times the notification email is mistaken as "spam" or people may have their notifications disabled.  In the meantime, I recommend you contact your referral partner directly - give them a call, send them a text, shoot them an email, dispatch a carrier pigeon!  Personal contact with your referral partners, both in chapter and cross chapter, is the standard for conducting successful business between members.
