Ability to view the details of referrals in the web version of BNI connect

I get a lot of referrals, many times from the same person for different items.  When I go to add the TYFCB there is no way to see which referral actually goes with what order. It makes it impossible for me to track which one I have contacted and which order has been fulfilled so that I can track accurately.

Example:

John Smith sends a referral to order business cards one day and then a few days later sends a referral for business cards for an employee.  Then a few days later sends a referral for banners.  I only see John Smith 3 times and no way to see which referral it is associated with when he pays for say the first set of business cards.  Now multiply that by 10 people doing the same thing and I have no way to accurately track
