Changeover Access for Incoming/Outgoing Leaders

When leadership team changeover happens, it would be great to have 1-2 weeks crossover for the outgoing and incoming teams so they can finalize and get started on everything well together rather than a hard stop and start date. 

We have requests for this form the members often. It would be a nice addition to the system if we could add it in the future.
