It would compleet the feeling if i invite somebody that i also recieve a mail that i knowbit is accepted in the system. Nou multiple times visitors are not invited in the system without any notification

  In the meantime, I recommend keeping an eye on the mobile app.  The next meeting card will display all of the visitors for the upcoming meeting.
