Membership Committee Member Relations Specialist's LT Training: The BNI Conflict Resolution module: Final Quiz Question

In the final quiz for The BNI Conflict Resolution module, there is a quiz question: Drag and Drop the local BNI Chapter’s hierarchy of escalation. There are four tiles read: Member/Mentor Coordinator, Membership Committee, Director Consultant and Ambassador.  There is nothing in the preceding course material that mentions the ambassador. The hierarchy is presented as Member/Mentor Coordinator, Membership Committee, Director Consultant and then on the next slide Executive Director. The course narration does not mention the ambassador either.

Interestingly, if the CC option is activated it does include the following: “Ambassador- If the member feels that the resolution was not adequate, then the member can involve the ambassador. They will receive a high-level recap of the situation, the resolution that was reached, and determine if the Membership Committee followed the proper process to resolve the conflict.”  This is not reflected in the narration. Both instances of “Ambassador” are omitted.   

Perhaps this section of the training module was updated to remove the word "Ambassador' but this change wasn't made to the quiz question or to the closed caption version of the narration.
