Print Referral Slips as Double

Please update the referral slip printing from BNI Connect and the BNI Connect App to print doubles.  We are supposed to have 1 copy for the basket and 1 to symbolically pass to the member in the meeting and it would be helpful to already have 2 on 1 sheet versus wasting extra ink and paper to print 2 sheets.
