Visitors and BNI Connect

On the BNI Connect app, everyone is a visitor. Make is clear who is a “substitute”, guest or visitor. It makes it easier to understand who is attending and Connect before/after the meeting. As it stands, everyone is a visitor, when they’re not.

  I was recently discussing this, and it seems like it would be important, if someone is invited to a chapter meeting, and when the visitor is registered, their area of expertise is already filled in that chapter, that the Visitor Type only makes either Substitute or Guest as the available options, with a help indicator showing their industry matches a filled seat/role already.
  
  I think cleaner data will allow Executive Directors to identify and take action better based on Visitors - to grow existing chapters, and Guests - to add new chapters.
