How do I log a 1:1 with a visitor to our chapter?

  Great to hear from you, hope all is well!

  While interaction with guests and visitors is a very important part of BNI and is highly encouraged, the 1 to 1 and referral activity is only tracked in the PALMS report between ACTIVE chapter members. This was developed in accordance with BNI policy.

  Closed business, however, is able to be tracked for both visitors and chapter alumni and these fields are available at the bottom of the drop down selection when entering an online TYFCB slip.

  It would be great if we can do that. We can log in members one to ones only.
