Our References should have an id number

In our meetings when our References are audited after 2 weeks, most people dont remember the References. If the audit asks with an id number, I believe , It should help.

  Note that in 97.23% of the cases out there, just knowing the name of the two referral partners is enough. Unless those two people are passing dozens of referrals a week, either member should be able to easily recall the details of a recent referral. In addition, as long as it is within 30 days both members could check the info from their mobile apps right then and there!
  
  The reality check can go something like this:
  "Hey John, I see that you passed a referral to Mary last week. Can one of you tell us a little more about that referral?"
  
  The solution here is that both members take out their cell phone, or log into BNI Connect, and lookup the details of that referral. If it is within the last 30 days then it should be in their slips feed. Here is a quick video showing how to do that:

  Maybe it can be an education opportunity so that they are all prepared for your next reality check. You can have it be part of your process to announce:
  "OK, it is time for the referral reality check. Everyone please open up your mobile apps to the slips feed! John, I see that last week......"

  Hi all!

  Maybe this ID number could be displayed in the PALMS report whenever there is an update in closed business? I seldom properly track which business corresponds to what referral.
