Category issues

While I am representing digital advertising but I am not allowed to do any advertising. Reason: in the beginning, we chose content, designs and videos. Many from the chapter have even asked me what kind of a category is this? Does it even exist? while my strict competition is also sitting in the chapter who is into only SEO, digital marketing. He is allowed to promote everything about marketing from seo to paid ads and lead generation and more. Lots of discrimination I see here.
