Possibility to invite and register visitors to other chapters

It should be able to invite and register visitors to other chapters at least in same country. It should be easy to do with computer and phone app.

  @pasi - you can INVITE a visitor to any chapter in the world.  However, you can only REGISTER a visitor to chapters in your jurisdiction as a director.  The reason for this is GDPR and the way information is stored and entered in the system.  For more detail, please contact ticket@bniconnect.com and we can explain further.
