Complete overhaul of user interface

After using the BNI web properties and apps for a year, it's pretty clear it'd be useful for you to do a full UI/UX review since it really feels like it was developed in 1998 and has advanced to 2002. So many examples: people request a connection and there are no notifications; there are links where you don't expect them - and no links where it'd be obvious (e.g., on stats/lists); and many, many more issues. Do the BNI execs actually use the software?
