    @ellen - If I understand correctly, you are essentially looking for a way to view the results of other members referral tracking report (with a few enhancements probably).  We do have this request on our list - however there may be some complications with making this information "publicly" available to anyone other than the member.  For now, while we consider this for future development, I would recommend working with members one on one and if they are comfortable opening up their reports to you, they can provide that info personally.

    Thank you for your efforts in this.

    Sorry to tell you that this is not possible. TYFCB is only reported for the member who gives referrals, not the one who receives and get closed business. Hence, you can't generate average income report for members.

    However, you can use Cumulative VP/MC Report to see trends. That would give you an idea if any members is not "feeling inclusion" in the chapter.

    Dear Allan

    I don't think you understand the request. As the 'sales manager' I would like to see my teams sales funnel i.e. how many referrals they have at each stage. So if I've had 100 referrals since joining, how many are at the "not contacted yet", how many at "Contacted", how many at "Not a good fit" etc. All the stages of a referral basically. I could then help my members keep up to date on the App and support them in their sales process. 

    For me, this is the most vital report BNI can produce. The rest are all for BNI purposes, not really the member - and it is not the same as inclusion. It is nice to give but fundamentally we're in it to gain. To have successful members we need to make sure they are getting a great ROI and the marketing pillar is working. So I can't accept the answer that it is "not possible" - why not? The information is in the app and so the data must exist. 

    Please let me know if you don't understand the request and review the potential for it.

    Hi Ellen,

    I see that you are referring to Referral Received Tracking Report in the form of numbers. Ya, there is none now. I believe if they do implement it, it will be a private version first before coming out with a chapter report.

    @Jeremy, will it be possible to integrate it into one of the reports, like VP/MC report?

    Thanks Jeremy - I would like both to see my own and to see my Chapter's members as VP in the format below. Unless I I pull off the Referral Tracking Sheet and count up, I don't think there is a way I can even track my own conversion. So asking everyone to do this would be painful as well. I don't want to know their details, just their numbers. This is what I'd hope to see.

    Can I check that you and the team understand whyI believe this to be a fundamental sales conversion metric that I am asking for? I check the sales funnel progress of all my marketing pillars in my business, but most businesses don't do this. It will help to engage people with BNI Connect, and proof of a good conversion rate will support the BNI claim that referrals are the best method of promotion. If someone isn't converting we can then investigate the reason. Great conversion and successful membership will result in retained members and more members. So it is my mission to get this report created during my time as VP!

    Has this been scheduled? How do I ask other members if it is useful to get it prioritised?
