CEU’s not accounted for in PALMS

I am not receiving credit for ceu’s the last several days of the month of March. What did I do wrong?

  Hi Joshua,

  Monthly PALMS are calculated from meetings happened in the month, i.e. when there are 4 meetings, PALMS are calculated in those 4 weeks before the meetings. Thus, in March, if meeting is on 28th, from 28th to 31st CEU will be credited to April.
