App hangs on full comments box

After I typed the max characters in comments box, wait or close popped up. I had to eventually close the app.

  @dean - I was unable to replicate this on my own personal device.  Could you please submit a support ticket to ticket@bniconnect.com with details about your device and perhaps screenshots of where it is hanging?
