Starting a 30 day Power of One
I would like to see a 30-day power of one laid out the same way the 6-month one is. It is hard to show when someone in the red makes improvements in a month or two when it is on a 6-month scale. Having a 30-day with the same format and a 6-month would be much better. This way, someone can see the progress and be encouraged to keep going, unlike the 6-month, which shows no improvement and discourages the person when presented at the meeting.
Thanks,

@mike - I had just responded to @prince a few moments ago :- )
the power of one was designed as the average of a rolling 6 month period for the purpose of giving members a longer term picture of their participation efforts. In other words, not just having a flash in the pan really good week or month, but having consistent results.
A rolling monthly average would also be nice, but it would be something different than the original intention.
That said, the power of one is a "one off" report and not a global standard. There are global standard reporting and dashboards being considered and developed and we hope that those will come closer to your suggestions here. With that in mind, we have added this to the list for that team to review.

Yes Mike I fully agree and also sent in a similar request as well.

I agree, especially being a new member I would like to see how I am progressing and assist my BNI Family!

I agree! In my last BNI group the VP printed out the Power of One chart and left it on each table for us to review. Because everyone is so busy, it's easy to lose track of where you are on the Power on One chart. Showing our members weekly gave them the opportunity to stay on track. But monthly would work better than every 6 months for sure. Let's make the change starting in February.

I agree with Mike! Having a 30-day power of one will allow the chapter to reward those doing well and share their successes with others!

This could be easily created using a spreadsheet. I used to create a monthly report and found the current report much more effective and useful. The average softens the likelihood of a life event creating a "dip" in performance that is a one off.
I like the 1 month change and 6 month change that is provided and used it as recognition this morning on a chapter visit.

There needs to be a 30-day power of one. You have to show the same gains on the chart you used for the six-month power of one.
