Email notifications to a regional contact to increase convertion rate in chapters
Hello I am Luis Barajas ED from Guadalajara, right now we already have 27 chapters and 1,100 members. We are moving to a centralized interviewing process so the chapters not worry anymore about all the follow up to convert visitors.
One amazing requirement in BNI Connect would be that our Regional Interviewer receive an email notification every time a visitor registers in BNI Connect. That would be our internal trigger to make a centralized phone call to arrange a PRE-VISIT to give a better orientation and to start using our CRM to move and convert the visitor. We are converting visitors that visit a chapter 1 year ago with the proper tools to follow up.
We receive 100 visitors every week in our region and we lose a lot of them because as you know they don´t show up to the meeting, they didnt like the chapter but nobody knows it, they do no show up to the interview, etc.
This could be a huge increase in our conversion rate because all the regions in Mexico are centralizing their interviews, we receive like 30,000 visitos per year

@luis - kindly note that there is an upcoming system being piloted now called "BNI CONVERT" which is a BNI centric CRM system to manage the visitor process from start to finish. We hope to make it available globally later this year. Please stay in touch with your national office for more details about this upcoming initiative.
