How to edit a submitted PALMS report?

How can we edit a submitted PALMS report so that an error can be corrected?

  Hi Angelina,

  Depending on the access permission, President & Vice President would be able to Unlock PALMS for editing. If you are VP and still unable to do so, please contact your Director Consultant. Normally he/she would be able to do so.
