Our Chapter Leadership monthly meetings needs focus and direction on what to talk about. I am interested in a template to know who attends the meetings, what reports should be presented at the meetings, monthly goals, in order for the Leadership to know the “State of the Chapter”. Or any other suggestions that should be addressed at this meeting.

it would also be great that an email reminder goes out for this meeting date & time, and what each member invited to the meeting, should have prepared to present.
