BNI Email

I've run into issues with group members not receiving emails sent from me through the BNI website so yesterday I tried sending myself and email. I searched for my group on the BNI website then clicked the email icon behind my name the send the message. I tried sending messages both without being logged and and while logged in, neither were received. I checked the email address linked to my bni account and also the inbox inside the BNI site. The message was not received in either place. Please let me know why this is happening.
