Can 121s be recorded through the app automatically as opposed to VP having to manually update weekly PALMS??

  @aofie - 121's, referrals, and TYFCB all get automatically recorded into the PALMS report when you submit them electronically, either through the app or through www.bniconnect.com.  The only thing the VP has to do is to review the full report, take attendance and submit!  It is definitely 100 times easier than it was with paper slips :- )
