not posting to Plams

The slips I entered for October never made it to the palms report. They are showing in my app but not on the report

  Ken - I am going to submit this as a support ticket so we can have a closer look.  The only thing that it could be is that if you have a CROSS CHAPTER referral\121\tyfcb, the other chapter's VP must also have submitted the PALMS.  That said, please be prepared with the specific open items (export the slips report) for when we have a look  :- )

  Please check with your VP regarding this. He/she might not have closed the PALMS yet.

  I have checked with the VP.  Palms had been submitted and he assures me he doesn't touch anything that is already populated.  My slips were not there in PALMS but are showing in my slips tab. 

  I am also a director and had a few members tell me over the past few months the same thing. I always said the VP may not have submitted the palms data yet. I am wondering if they had a legitimate claim since it has now happened to me.

  In this case, better submit a ticket to have support team check.

  Hi Jeremy,

   

  The referrals were for my own chapter not cross-chapter.  I am meeting my VP Tuesday to do a few submission tests.  Let me know what you need from me.
