Set up an invite we could send to individuals in our contact list to act as a sub. Potential visitor?

@lorne - you can currently use the visitor invitation and select people from your contacts using the address book icon. Or are you looking to invite other members as a sub? Please feel free to resubmit and clarify :- )

Hi Jeremy I was looking at an "invite" to sub for members. I believe it could be a way of getting friends/colleagues etc to visit a chapter to see it in operation without the pressure of being "visitor". I believe a lot more members would/could invite subs (where appropriate) to fill in for them but with the opportunity to potentially become a "visitor" at another visit. This invite would be sent to non BNI individuals. Something like

Hi Jeremy I was wondering if you could help me out? As you are probably aware I attend my referral group on a Thursday morning. I unfortunately cant be there on 01/12/2017 and would be grateful if you would stand in for me on that day? I will provide all the details you will need. Can you confirm if you would be available to help me out?

If the sub is there as a sub only then there is no mis representation in asking them to sub and they suddenly are "converted" to a visitor. Not sure if it would/could work just an idea to support our current invite process?
