Register replacement person

It would be iseful to be able to register the person that will represent me when I cannot be present

  at this time the database was not built to differentiate between guests, visitors and substitutes.  This is something that is under consideration as a longer term project to enhance the recording of data, but it is a very big change as there are many underlying areas attached to this in the system.
