Invalid phone #

Cannot input valid phone # therefore cannot progress referral slip. System does not accept Philippine Cellular #’s. What format should be used? Used to work perfectly before

  Hi Victor,

  The phone number field only accepts numeric without any symbols. Please test it with only numbers.

  I tried all numbers, spaces or periods, parenthesis around area code to no avail. Went to old desktop system and worked flawlessly.

  Hi Jim,

  I have tested on both computer and mobile app. The phone number field only accept numbers WITHOUT spaces, periods, parenthesis (meaning no symbols at all).

  Please use only numbers.
