Thank you letter to visitors

It would be great if you could add a link to send a thank you letter to a visit after the meeting. It would be wonderful if the visitor received a few thank you for visiting letter after their visit.

  Hi Marcy,

  A "thank you" email is actually sent when VH has marked the visitors as attended in BNI Connect. Please check the following video, starting from 15:20. Take notice at 17:18, there is a check box that said "Send Visitor Follow-Up Email - ... automated "Thank you for visiting" email from being sent to this Visitor." (As long as VH doesn't uncheck this box.)

  Is there a letter format where a member can send a thankyou message to a visitor for his visit to his chapter?
