Can we have the 60 seconds and 8/10 minute timer added to the app?

  Yes i agree. Maybe a 30/45/60 seconds selection for the bigger chapters.

  Yes we need the timer added to the app or the other timer app updated. I upgraded my iPad with the latest software and now my BNI timer app will not work. Says the developer needs to upgrade

  I don't know if this is helpful but every smartphone I've ever used has a timer built right into it. Once you set it, it stays on that time until you change it. Hitting stop resets it to your preferred time. Just hit start again for the next person.

  You can find it in the same place as setting your alarm for waking up in the morning.
