Substitute contact list?

Why do we not have access to a list of subs willing to fill in?

  @alan - great to hear from you, hope all is well!  There are a number of reasons for this and I encourage you to speak with your Executive Director or Director Consultant about this.  The #1 reason is that the best subs are going to be your clients or colleagues so that they can best represent you and even offer a testimonial towards your business!  Having a list of "regular subs" does fill the seat, but should be a secondary attempt at having a substitute.
