  @scott - As for CEU's, currently, the TRAINING HISTORY and the CEU program are completely separate and disconnected from one another.  CEU's are manually entered by the member at their discretion whereas the training history is added by the regional office when they are marked as attending a training.
  
  This is done this way currently because not all regions around the world utilize both pieces of this platform - either the events or the CEU's.  It also allows more flexibility over training types and credits by country.
