Mobile app Referral slips
The need to fill in all the fields can be a problem. You may only have a name and number and you cannot submit until all fields are completed. This can be a problem as you have to create something to submit the email slowing the referral process up to a point where several of our members are no longer using the app and have reverted to the paper slips.

@geoff - in addition to Allan's comment they will be working at the country level to designate which fields are required and which are the optional fields. Hope this helps!

Hi Geoff,
The fields that are required are Member (To:), Type (Inside/Outside), Referral Status (Call/Card), Referral (Name) & Number (Phone). Email & Comment are optional. Most of those are clickable, unless the client's contact is not in your phonebook.

Hi.
When giving an internal referral, the referral status options do not apply. I think the referral status should not be required for an internal referral or there should be an more applicable option for the internal referral.
