Suggestion: it would be hugely beneficial if when a referral is sent, the recipient receives a text notification in addition to an email if a mobile phone is listed in the profile. 98% of texts are read and responded to, per a recent study.

  @livia - as @allan has said we are going to be releasing notifications soon and the referral notification will be among the first notifications released with it!  That said, I have added your vote for text\SMS messages to the list.
