Who does the referral go to when you've had a visitor to your Chapter? It only allows a referral slip to be made to an individual member, not the Entire Chapter

  @melissa - in BNI Connect the visitors have their own column in the PALMS - although often times a visitor is referred to as a "referral to your chapter" it isn't technically recorded that way  :- )

  I recommend that you do invite and register your visitors through the app as that will help to ensure that this process flows through as Allan describes below.

  Hi Melissa,

  If you mean when a member receives a referral, how does it recorded, that is not in the app. VP will record it manually when he/she updates the weekly PALMS. That referral will go the the member whom the visitor gives to.
