Lost Received Referrals

I just noticed that I have lost entries from my Received Referrals. My chapter just moved recently to the app from referral slips so we have no back up records for those lost referrals. I hope there is a way to still retrieve the lost data.

  @ferdinand - in addition to what allan mentions below, kindly note that if you are using PAPER slips up until this point that only the statistics are captured in the PALMS reports.  Only once you begin using the app or electronic slips in Connect will the full details be available for review.

  Hi Ferdinand,

  First, the referrals are not lost. The app only shows you records for the past 30 days. This is to keep the app neat and slim. All records older than 30 days can be accessed/recalled in full web experience on BNI Connect.
