If you invite a visitor from the app is it possible to cross reference that if they appear at a meeting and you need to register them from the app?

  @jennifer - At this time the visitor invitation is very simply a means of sending out an email inviting someone.  There is no tracking or report or database recording these transactions. At this time, the only suggestion is to keep the CC of the invite that you receive in order to follow up with those people later.

  That said - we have recorded the suggestion to enhance this area of the process.

  Hi Jennifer,

  When you invite a visitor, there is no record in the system. You will need to register the visitor to RSVP him/her to the set meeting date. System will record and inform DC, LT and VH team for his/her registration.

  After the meeting, LT team will mark the attendance and it will be recorded as attended. You PALMS will also show the number under Visitors.

  I couldn't get the app to accept the visitor' s profession (Educational), so I had to cancel. That wasted my time for trying to help my chapter.
