    @rafal - this sounds like a phone formatting issue.  Can you try just submitting it with only numbers and no additional punctuation or characters - for example 123456789.  If you are still experiencing errors, please send a screenshot of the error message to support@bniconnect.com

    I’ve notice this problem too. It appear to be if there is a space between area code and number, but if corrected in the text box the error flag persists. You have to start the referral over.
