Both the referee and recipient fields show as "from" afternreferal slip is confirmed and then opened on review.

  @all - thank you so much for your keen observation - we have updated this in the English (US) translation.  I will reach out to the other teams to adjust the translations in those languages.  This will be updated at least for the US translation on Monday.  Thanks again!
