Complete names of referrals

When you select a referral from your contacts, the app don't bring the second name, in Mexico we use it all time.

  @david - I am going to raise this as a support ticket so we can look into this as a possible bug with our testing team.  In the meantime, if you could think of a few examples and names so we can attempt to replicate it.  Thanks in advance!
